Shipping policy

① If the User wishes to change the delivery information (shipping address, contact details, etc.), they may do so directly only if the order status is “Payment Completed.” However, once the order status changes to “Preparing Shipment,” delivery information can only be modified through the Customer Service (CS) center, and responses from CS may not be immediate. Additionally, changes to delivery information may be restricted depending on the payment method used.

② Customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country as a result of international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.

③ International shipments are processed by customs upon arrival in the destination country, and the User acknowledges that this may cause delays in the estimated delivery date.

④ Once amarmi (“the Company”) approves the reason for return (after receiving evidence of defects, etc.), the User must contact the international shipping customer service center, return the product through a local courier in the foreign country, and provide the Company with documentation proving the return shipping costs.

⑤ If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment, the User will be responsible for the initial shipping costs as well as any additional fees incurred during the return process. These costs will be deducted from the refund.
