Refund policy

① If amarmi (“the Company”) is unable to provide the goods, etc., purchased by the User due to reasons such as lack of inventory, the Company will promptly inform the User and issue a refund or take appropriate refund measures within 3 business days after payment.

② The User may cancel the order (purchase contract) directly through a cancellation request only when the order status is “Payment Completed.” However, even if the order status appears as “Payment Completed” on the website, the Company may reject or delay the User's cancellation request if the shipment has already begun or under special circumstances, such as the order being scheduled for production or already in progress. In such cases, the User will be notified separately about the situation (including notification via the website).

③ Since international shipping is considered to have begun once the order status changes to “Preparing Shipment,” the order (purchase contract) cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. However, it may be possible if the Company approves the User’s request for a return or exchange after the international shipment has been completed.

④ In accordance with the previous clause, when the User wishes to obtain the Company’s approval for a return, they must submit objective proof justifying the reason, such as evidence of manufacturing defects. Only sealed products or those with clear manufacturing defects will be accepted for return. Once the defects are verified, the Company will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and reshipment. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

⑤ Even after an order has been completed, if the delivery information is insufficient or it is determined that the transaction cannot be carried out properly, the order (purchase contract) may be canceled at the Company’s discretion. In such cases, the Company will issue a refund or take the necessary steps to do so.

⑥ In the case of partial order cancellations or returns, the refunded amount may slightly differ from the original payment due to changes in discount policy conditions.
